The extra fur-long!
This week as we celebrate our 33rd birthday we are acutely aware that in terms of delivering a service to existing and new Clients we are entering uncharted territory. We, along with countless other businesses, are reviewing all areas of our service provision in line with the government Covid-19 guidelines to ensure Animal Aunts can, as always, continue to place the safety of our Clients and their beloved pets at the top of our list. 
We canvassed our Clients and our Aunts to plan how to continue to deliver our high quality service whilst, wherever possible, minimising the risk of spreading the virus. As a result of these discussions we have now issued our team members with comprehensive guidelines that ensures both Aunts and Clients will liaise prior to the start of a booking to establish any precautionary measures to be taken by either party before, during or after a sit. We are including options for our Clients such as arranging a handover outdoors, socially distanced, if face to face, or digitally where possible and agreeable to the Clients. Furthermore we are issuing our Aunts with face masks for any time that social distance cannot be maintained.
