Any other information to help us choose the most suitable person to care for your animals. With horses or livestock please let us know exactly what duties are required of the Animal Aunt.
Any people who will be in the house while the Animal aunt is there.
Any special requirements for your Animal Aunt: i.e. non-smoker, vegetarian, Male / Female / Couple, rider, willing to have pets on bed, able to train dogs, dog grooming, etc.

We will quote you a price based on the information you have given us. The Agency
fee is 25% of this amount (+V.A.T.) and is payable in advance to confirm the
booking. The Agency fee may paid by debit / credit card (this may be done by
phone).
Once you have made your booking we will find someone who suits your requirements
and will telephone you to tell you about the person we have selected. The Agency
fee is payable at this point to confirm the booking and may be paid by credit /
debit card over the phone. We will arrange for the selected Animal Aunt to phone
you to discuss the details of your booking and for you to ask them any questions
you may have. If you have any doubts about our selected Aunt please contact us
so we can change you to another person (even at short notice). We want you to go
away completely confident in our choice.
We will send you a Booking Form showing all the details and costs of the
booking. Also enclosed will be a checklist of information that the Animal Aunt
will require to carry out their duties - please fill this in and go through it
with them so that all details are clear.
The Animal Aunt will invoice you on your return for the remaining 75% (+food and
travel costs), and this should be paid at that time by cash or cheque.
